As of Thursday, January 14/2021; The Premier of Ontario has issued a Stay at Home Order which affects the Construction Industry among many other types of businesses in Ontario.

Providing an essential service, both AVENUE ROAD ROOFING®, and AVENUE ROAD MASONRY remain open to service the general public, industry, institutions, long-term care facilities, transportation, warehousing, and medical facilities.

Specifically, we are permitted to conduct repair, replacement and maintenance of housing and facilities where the safety of occupants and or the safe operation of such properties is a peril or potential peril.

As a result; service priority will be supplied under such circumstances to those types of projects and those projects which may be currently underway. Projects of a non-urgent nature will be postponed until after the Premier’s order has been lifted (at this time a further 28 days).

Our service team members are required to be fully compliant with wearing masks and practising social distancing measures. At this time; service team members are restricted from entering homes and businesses where occupants are present. This measure is for the mutual protection of our clients and our team members and their families.

In order to communicate areas of interior damage or water ingress; the public is encouraged to e-mail photos of such to our Service Agents directly or to webmaster@avenueroadroofing.com.

Please be advised that our office team is working remotely, and our office maintains restricted hours of operation with limited staff in attendance. ARR®/ARM utilizes sophisticated aerial imagery which can be used to evaluate certain projects. Further, we are compliant with all MOL and Health & Safety requirements.

The health and safety of our clients, vendors and team members is our paramount consideration as we navigate the restriction period. We are conducting our business in full compliance with the Premier’s Orders, which may be amended or modified at anytime.

We also request that the public be patient with the fact that due to restrictions, transportation and border delays, material availability and procurement restrictions; that delays in project deliveries may be a possibility from time to time moving forward.
