Standard Payment Terms:
- Projects under $2,500 – no deposit required.
- Projects over $2,501- 10% with order
- Custom Products/Projects: Minimum 30% with order ( Ie; Custom skylights, cedar, slate, large industrial, Etc)
Terms to be discussed on large value projects, (typically requiring progress payment schedule)
Interest Charge for late Payment: 2% per month, on accounts due past 31 days of the invoice date.
