Yes. There is a Roof Saver package for flat roofs.

When may I need more than a Roof Saver Package?

• Visible evidence of active or multiple leaks
• You can see holes caused by fallen tree limbs or animal intrusion
• Roof is more than 20 years old
• Large surface areas of sloping roofs show excessive curling, buckling or clawing of shingles, tremendous granule loss or extensive missing shingles

No problem. If you require a full roof replacement and opt to have that service performed by Avenue Road Roofing, we will deduct the cost of your Roof Saver Package from the fee for the roof replacment.
