Avenue Road Roofing’s Residential Division is the backbone of our company. Our crews install approximately 1500 residential roofs every year. Since our beginning we have been installing most of these roofs in the downtown core. This has given our supervisors, foremen and crews valuable experience in installing roofing materials on Toronto’s most complex and challenging structures.
Job Description:
Residential Sales Rep’s who possesses a proven track record in closing sales, very motivated to succeed and enjoy working in a team environment for a high profile company.
Avenue Road Roofing believes in the investment of our sales team by providing mentoring to all new sales representatives. Skills/Competencies: • Stable professional knowledge in respect to Shingles, Flat Roofs,
Aluminum installation.
• Results driven with proven track record in the roofing/home improvement industry.
• Motivated to reach & surpass established goals and targets.
• Possess strong work ethic and ability to problem solve.
• Must be professional in appearance and deliver superior customer service
& satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication (written & oral)
• Must be computer literate
Responsibilities:
• Schedule, coordinate and make effective sales presentations.
• Apply company policies & procedures in preparing written, software
generated estimates.
• Use the company’s selling techniques to:
• Create relationship of trust & integrity with customers
• Sell the need for our service and delivery
• Transfer the advantages of Avenue Road Roofing into benefits for the customer
• Counteract/over come price objections
• CLOSE SALES
• Maintain working knowledge of all products & roofing systems.
• Actively participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Accountable for customer follow up & lead utilization.
• Regularly communicate activities to our Executive Sales administrator.
